Doctoral Program in Literary Studies with New Website

On this year's Study and Networking Day, the Doctoral Program in Literary Studies goes online with a new website.

Four years after the migration of the university websites to the current design, the Doctoral Program in Literary Studies has completely overhauled its web presence. The goal was to make the doctoral program more tangible through professional photos and to improve the information offered through various new content containers and the translation into English.

The pictures, shot by the Basel photographer Donata Ettlin for the doctoral program, show a selection of our members in symbolic stagings of activities related to their studies and our range of events. The program's graduates have been given a showcase for their published dissertations, on the one hand by including blurb texts and book covers, and on the other hand by features on the newly created news page. Internal events as well as conferences and workshops organized by our members and co-financed by the PhD program will also be found under in the News Section. Numerous FAQs anticipate questions from interested parties and members and provide orientation. And last but not least, the popular start-up grants of the Doctoral Program in Literary Studies, which are announced twice a year, are now more prominently placed.
