The exhibition “Fazer Falar Os Ossos” / “Making Bones Talk” opened in Sao Paulo on August 14, 2026, and has closed on October 2, 2026. The exhibition is the product of a joint project between the University of Basel (Lorenza Mondada) and the Federal University of Sao Paulo (Fernanda Cruz) together with the Center for Forensic Archeology and Anthropology of Sao Paulo (Edson Teles). It is an original example of transformation of a SNF-FAPESP funded scientific project into an exhibition for a wider public. 

The exhibition has been visited by more than 1500 persons and had an important resonance on social media and the press in Brazil.
